How do I get your prices?

What lenses do you supply?
Surfaced single vision (incl. FSD Essential Rx), freeform single vision, progressives (incl. Crossbow Custom Delux), office, sport wrap and bifocals, in 1.50 to 1.74 including 1.71, Trivex and polycarbonate. Everything is surfaced to your prescription. See the range.
What is your lead time?
4–14 days, depending on the product. Shipping time is on top and depends on the carrier and destination.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, worldwide by DHL or FedEx. UK carriage is shown in the trade price list.
How do I place an order?
Email the order template to [email protected], one row per pair, or ask us for a shared Google Sheet. We reply to every order by email. More on ordering.
Can you edge lenses or supply frames?
Yes. Lenses ship uncut as standard; we can edge them, edge and mount into your frames or ours, and supply frames on request. See edging and frames.
Do you take single jobs?
Yes. We supply single jobs as well as bulk orders.
